Strand on the Green Infant & Nursery School - EVERY CHILD MATTERS TEXTILE PROJECT

• Five framed textile panels (184 x 61 cm each) displayed inside the school.
• Artwork theme: “Every Child Matters” (Government agenda) with one panel for each of the 5 categories – be Healthy, stay Safe, Enjoy & Achieve, make a Positive contribution, achieve Economic Well being.
• Every child in school took part and contributed something for the panels, either making something from fabric - cutting & stitching (Year 1 & 2) or painting a child or star onto transfers (Nursery & Reception).
