Gabriels wharf

I worked with the architect and interior designer on the refurbishment of a restaurant on the South Bank in central London. My brief was to make unusual lavatory signage and lighting, linking to the theme of the river.

I created the letters and boy & girl figures from coastal found objects like driftwood and worn china pieces. For the decoration of the steel chandelier lights I used willow to give a stylish organic look.
